Proposal Manager
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Proposal Manager for a hybrid role in Silver Spring, MD, who will manage the full proposal lifecycle for federal government opportunities, ensuring compliance and quality while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end development of federal RFP, RFI, RFQ, and task order responses
- Develop and maintain proposal schedules, outlines, and writing assignments, while leading coordination efforts
- Organize and facilitate proposal reviews, ensuring compliance and incorporation of feedback
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of proposal management or development experience
- Working knowledge of the FAR, DFARS, and federal procurement processes
- Proficiency with Shipley or equivalent proposal development methodology
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management tools
