Job Summary
To support projects in water and energy utilities, the remote Proposal Manager will manage the development of cohesive proposals, coordinate resources and schedules, and ensure compliance while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the proposal process by analyzing solicitation documents and developing pursuit schedules
- Develop draft proposal documents and facilitate color review meetings
- Participate in capture planning and support proposal process improvements through lessons learned
Required qualifications
- BA/BS in a relevant field with 5-8 years of technical/AEC industry experience or 12+ years of relevant AEC experience
- Previous proposal experience in water, wastewater, stormwater, or related services is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience in mentoring proposal coordinators and interns is a plus
