Job Summary
Supporting multiple business units in a remote capacity, the full-time Proposal Manager will manage the proposal development process, ensuring compliance and timely submission of RFQs and RFPs while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver competitive proposals.
Key responsibilities
- Drive proposal development and manage stakeholder teams to meet customer requirements
- Organize and lead bid review meetings, establishing winning strategies for submissions
- Oversee the preparation and assembly of complete proposal submissions in line with RFP requirements
Required qualifications
- University degree in Engineering, Business Management, Finance, or equivalent experience
- 7-10 years of project management experience, preferably in the Aviation/Aerospace market
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Strong team leadership skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
