Proposal Marketing Associate
Job Summary
To support proposal development for Land Development and Public Works opportunities, the fully remote Proposal Marketing Associate will manage the proposal process, collaborate with technical and business leaders, and create compelling materials, all while aligning with West Coast time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development of proposals, SOQs, RFQs, and interview presentations
- Partner with technical and business leaders to establish pursuit strategies and messaging
- Coordinate proposal schedules and manage multiple pursuits simultaneously
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing or proposal experience within the AEC industry
- Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience developing and managing SOQs, RFQs, and RFPs
- Ability to independently manage multiple proposals and deadlines
