Proposal Solutions Architect
Job Summary
Supporting federal growth initiatives within the Defense Health Agency (DHA), the full-time remote Proposal Solutions Architect will lead the development of compliant, customer-focused proposal responses and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex healthcare IT solutions into clear narratives.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of technical and management proposal content for federal healthcare opportunities
- Partner with Business Development and Capture teams to design solutions aligned with DHA mission objectives
- Analyze solicitations and requirements to develop technical strategies and win themes
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Business, or a related technical discipline
- 10+ years of experience in IT, systems engineering, or enterprise technology environments
- 5+ years of experience in federal proposal development and technical solutioning
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts into evaluator-ready narratives for federal healthcare clients
- Working knowledge of modern IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and Agile methodologies
