Proposal Specialist
Job Summary
Collaborating with the West Region business development and operations team, the full-time remote Proposal Specialist III will lead the preparation of client solicitations, including RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, while managing proposal deliverables and supporting strategic planning efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Leads medium to large proposals and presentations, supporting capture managers in win strategy development and interview preparation
- Creates annotated outlines and content plans, serving as lead writer and editor for proposal sections and deliverables
- Facilitates quality reviews and manages proposal revisions based on feedback from review teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience in proposal activities within a marketing team
- Advanced proficiency in proposal writing, editing, and project management
- Strong analytical skills for RFP/RFQ analysis and data-driven decision making
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with proposal management software and data visualization tools
