Proposal Specialist
Job Summary
To support business development efforts, the full-time remote Proposal Specialist III will lead the preparation of proposals and presentations, manage proposal processes, and collaborate with teams to enhance proposal strategies and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Leads medium to large proposals and presentations, supporting capture managers in developing win strategies and preparing for interviews
- Creates annotated outlines and content plans, serving as lead writer and editor for various proposal sections
- Facilitates color reviews and internal debriefs, applying lessons learned to improve future proposals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience in proposal activities within a marketing team
- Advanced proficiency in proposal writing, editing, and project management
- Strong analytical skills for RFP/RFQ analysis and data-driven decision making
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with proposal management software and data visualization tools
