Proposal Specialist
Job Summary
To support business development efforts, the remote Proposal Specialist III will lead the preparation of proposals and presentations, manage client solicitations, and collaborate with technical teams on strategy and content development.
Key responsibilities
- Lead medium to large proposals and presentations, supporting capture managers in developing win strategies
- Create annotated outlines and content plans, serving as lead writer and editor for proposal sections
- Facilitate color reviews and manage proposal revisions based on feedback from review teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience in proposal activities within a marketing team
- Advanced proficiency in proposal writing, editing, and project management
- Strong analytical skills for RFP/RFQ analysis and data-driven decision making
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with proposal management software and data visualization tools
