Proposal Specialist
Job Summary
Collaborating with the West Region business development team, the remote Proposal Specialist III will manage medium to large proposals, lead responses to client solicitations, and support strategic planning efforts through market research and competitive analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and submission of proposals and presentations, supporting capture managers throughout the process
- Create content plans and annotated outlines, serving as lead writer and editor for proposal sections
- Facilitate proposal reviews and implement revisions based on feedback to enhance proposal quality
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience in proposal management or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Advanced proficiency in proposal writing, editing, and project management
- Strong analytical skills for RFP/RFQ analysis and data-driven decision making
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with proposal management software and data visualization tools
