Proposal Specialist
Job Summary
Collaborating with the business development and operations team, the remote Proposal Specialist III will lead medium to large proposals and presentations, manage proposal deliverables, and support capture strategies to secure new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead responses to client RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, ensuring compliance and efficiency in the proposal process
- Create annotated outlines and content plans, serving as lead writer and editor for key proposal sections
- Facilitate color reviews and internal debriefs, applying lessons learned to enhance proposal quality and strategy
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience in proposal activities within a marketing team
- Advanced proficiency in proposal writing, editing, and project management
- Strong analytical skills for RFP/RFQ analysis and data-driven decision making
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with proposal management software and data visualization tools
