Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

Contributing to the bids and proposals team, the full-time salaried Proposal Specialist will manage the delivery of compliant proposals, coordinate inputs from stakeholders, and implement process improvements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer-defined timeframes
• Lead the coordination, review, and editing of proposal inputs from cross-functional stakeholders
• Implement scalable workflows, process improvements, and tools to enhance efficiency and consistency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant work history within a commercial function, preferably in manufacturing or energy
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives or projects in a matrixed environment
• Developed knowledge of proposal best practices and related software, including CRM or project management tools
• Self-motivated individual with strong project management skills and dynamic interpersonal abilities
