Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

Owning assigned government RFx responses, the full-time Proposal Specialist will manage the end-to-end process from intake to submission, ensuring compliance and coordinating with subject matter experts across various departments in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of assigned RFx responses, including kickoff, scheduling, and final submission
• Draft, tailor, and edit response content while ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements
• Coordinate contributions from multiple departments and maintain the SharePoint Q&A content library

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of proposal development experience with public sector solicitations
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• APMP Foundation certification preferred or willingness to obtain within the first year
• Familiarity with government procurement portals and experience with Salesforce preferred
• Exposure to govtech or SaaS domains such as payments or licensing preferred
