Job Summary
To support the proposal development process, the full-time remote Writer Marketing RFP will manage the entire RFP lifecycle, from strategy formulation to document submission, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the RFP process from receipt to submission, ensuring adherence to timelines
- Compose and edit proposal documents to provide timely and high-quality responses
- Coordinate with sales and cross-functional teams to develop customized responses that meet strategic objectives
Required qualifications
- BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related discipline
- 5-7 years of experience in proposal development within retirement plan services or a professional services environment
- Strong understanding of the proposal development process and investment/retirement terminology
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with content management software
- Experience mentoring and training junior team members
