Job Summary
Driving results in a fast-paced environment, the full-time salaried Proposal Writer will assess requests for proposals (RFPs) from the Sales and Business Development team, develop technical proposals for Sterile Drug Products, and collaborate with various departments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assess and respond to RFPs by developing detailed technical proposals
- Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Finance, Legal, and Operations to provide technical guidance
- Interface directly with customers to ensure their needs are met and proposals are aligned with expectations
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated technical and scientific expertise in Sterile Drug Products
- Experience in proposal writing or technical evaluations within a relevant industry
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with the proposal development process and industry standards
