Proposals and Contracts Senior Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing CDS Dermatology team, the part-time (0.5 FTE) Proposals and Contracts Senior Manager will manage complex proposal and contract processes, serve as a subject matter expert, and lead negotiations with clients and internal teams in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex proposal, contract, and change order processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of client-facing documents and project budgets
• Serve as the senior subject matter expert for proposals and contracts, acting as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients
• Lead negotiations regarding contractual terms, budgets, and agreements with clients and internal teams

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant industry experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience within the CRO industry, including proposal development and contracts management
• Demonstrated expertise in proposal writing, contract negotiation, and budget development
• Strong understanding of clinical research and CRO business operations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM systems such as Salesforce
