Proposals & Contracts Specialist
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Proposals & Contracts Specialist II will develop proposals and contracts for new and existing business, collaborating closely with the Sales Team and overseeing the input of critical information from team members.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the execution of complex proposals and contracts for clients
- Consult with the Sales Team to gather necessary information for proposal development
- Oversee the contributions of other Proposals & Contracts team members as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Science, Business, Clinical Research) required
- 4-6 years of Proposal/Contract experience in the clinical research industry, preferably with a Contract Research Organization (CRO)
- Understanding of the functional relationship between CROs and Sponsors
- Proficient experience with Salesforce and comprehensive knowledge of relevant software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work creatively and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
