Prosci Certified Change Management Lead

Job Summary

To support a collaborative remote team, the full-time Prosci Certified Change Management Lead will build training materials, conduct train-the-trainer sessions, and establish a change agent network across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Build training materials, quick reference guides, and instructor guides
• Run train-the-trainer sessions for the customer's training cadre
• Help set up and run a change agent network across the customer's organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Prosci Change Management certification
• Experience in organizational change management and instructional design
• Experience in a federal or military environment with prior software rollout experience
