Prospect Development Analyst

Job Summary

Coordinating data entry and relationship management for the Planned Giving team, the full-time One-Year Prospect Development Analyst will support donor strategies, monitor portfolio performance, and collaborate with team members to enhance fundraising efforts, working remotely or hybrid from designated U.S. locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead portfolio management for the Planned Giving team, including planning and facilitating meetings to drive donor engagement and revenue growth
• Manage planned giving prospect activity and ensure data quality by maintaining accurate donor records and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Conduct research to identify potential planned giving prospects and prepare actionable insights for the Planned Giving officers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or associate degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in prospect management or planned giving operations
• Proficiency in CRM and database systems, with strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel
• Ability to manage multiple complex activities simultaneously while prioritizing effectively
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to develop donor relationships
