Prospect Development Manager
Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing and producing sophisticated individual and foundation prospect research, the full-time remote Prospect Development Manager will provide critical insights to support fundraising strategies and achieve philanthropy revenue goals.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research on individuals and foundations to inform front-line fundraisers' solicitation strategies
- Provide strategy insights and maintain strong partnerships with prospect development and fundraising teams
- Oversee a balanced portfolio and collaborate with the Philanthropy Operations team to ensure data hygiene for major gift prospects
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in prospect research or a related field
- Demonstrated expertise in prospect research technologies and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Proven ability to interpret complex information from diverse sources
- Experience working in a fast-paced, confidential environment adhering to ethical standards
