Provider Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

Focused and results-oriented, the full-time remote Provider Acquisition Specialist will recruit licensed therapists to join the network, manage the onboarding process through various communication methods, and continually optimize recruitment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit licensed therapists to work with insurance clients
• Manage the onboarding process through emails, phone appointments, and follow-up communications
• Strive to optimize recruitment and onboarding processes continuously

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years experience in sales, recruiting, or a similar role in a performance-based environment
• Experience selling to or recruiting providers such as doctors, nurses, or therapists is strongly preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights
• Comfortable managing a high volume of calls, emails, and follow-up tasks independently
• Familiarity with tech software such as Outreach.io, Hubspot, and GSuite
