Provider Communications Lead

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Provider Communications Lead will plan, develop, and manage provider-facing publications and communications that support Medicaid program operations, provider education, and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review, edit, and publish provider-facing communications, including newsletters and policy updates
• Translate complex healthcare policies and operational changes into clear communications for healthcare providers
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure communications are accurate, consistent, and timely

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in developing professional communications or educational materials, preferably in healthcare
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex healthcare information into actionable communications
• Experience in developing provider-facing publications or communication campaigns
• Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, or healthcare policy
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
