Provider Communications Specialist

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time remote Provider Communications Specialist will develop and deliver high-quality communications and outreach materials for healthcare providers, enhancing provider education and satisfaction while supporting the company's brand and mission.

Key responsibilities

• Write, edit, and proofread content for various provider-facing materials, including manuals, guides, and promotional materials
• Assist in developing provider satisfaction surveys and recognition programs to foster a highly engaged provider community
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring compliance with brand standards and meeting all deadlines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 1-5 years of business, marketing, or technical writing experience, or relevant internship experience
• Superior writing and editing skills with the ability to demonstrate critical thought
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and ability to learn new software tools quickly
• Experience working in a collaborative environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
