Key responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis and CPT coding reviews to support provider compensation planning
- Develop reports and proformas for newly hired physicians and contract renewals
- Collaborate with the Provider Compensation team to align compensation plans with care strategies and financial goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in compensation design, finance, or physician practice management
- Strong project and change management skills
