Job Summary
To support provider compensation programs, the full-time remote Provider Compensation Analyst will conduct data analysis, perform CPT coding reviews, and develop reports while collaborating with implementation teams for new acquisitions.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and design provider compensation programs, including data gathering and market analysis
- Conduct fair market value assessments and manage the external fair market review process
- Collaborate with the Provider Compensation team to support care strategies and financial goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related area
- 3 years of experience in compensation design, finance, or physician practice management
- Strong project and change management skills
