Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Provider Compensation Analyst will analyze and design provider compensation programs, conduct market analysis, and manage data reporting and compliance assessments.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and analyze data for provider compensation programs, including CPT coding reviews and market surveys
- Develop reports and proformas to support newly hired physicians, acquisitions, and contract renewals
- Collaborate with the Provider Compensation team to create plans that align with care strategies and financial goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related area
- 3 years of experience in compensation design, finance, or physician practice management
- Strong project and change management skills
