Working remotely, the full-time Provider Compensation Analyst will analyze and design provider compensation programs, including data gathering, CPT coding reviews, and market analysis to support newly hired physicians and contract renewals.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis and create proformas for provider compensation programs
- Perform fair market value assessments and manage external fair market review processes
- Collaborate with the Provider Compensation team to align compensation plans with care strategies and financial goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related area
- 3 years of experience in compensation design, finance, or physician practice management
- Strong project and change management skills
