Job Summary
Providing comprehensive analysis and design of provider compensation programs, the full-time remote Provider Compensation Analyst will manage data gathering, CPT coding reviews, report development, and fair market value assessments while collaborating with implementation teams for new acquisitions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis and market assessments to support provider compensation strategies
- Develop proformas and reports for newly hired physicians, acquisitions, and contract renewals
- Perform fair market value assessments and manage external review processes as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related area
- 3 years of experience in compensation design, finance, or physician practice management
- Strong project and change management skills
