Job Summary
To support provider compensation initiatives, the full-time remote Provider Compensation Analyst will analyze and design compensation programs, conduct market analysis, and perform fair market value assessments while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct data gathering and analysis for provider compensation programs, including CPT coding reviews and report development
- Perform market analysis and plan modeling for newly hired physicians, acquisitions, and contract renewals
- Collaborate with the Provider Compensation team to develop plans that align with care strategies and financial goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in compensation design, finance, or physician practice management
- Demonstrated project and change management skills
