Job Summary
To support provider compensation programs, the full-time remote Provider Compensation Analyst will conduct data analysis, CPT coding reviews, and market assessments while collaborating with implementation teams for new acquisitions.
Key responsibilities
- Perform data gathering and analysis for provider compensation programs and market assessments
- Conduct CPT coding reviews and create proformas for newly hired physicians and contract renewals
- Collaborate with the Provider Compensation team to develop plans that align with care strategies and financial goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related area
- 3 years of experience in compensation design, finance, or physician practice management
- Strong project and change management skills
