Job Summary
Providing analysis and design of provider compensation programs, the full-time remote Provider Compensation Analyst will gather and analyze data, conduct CPT coding reviews, and develop reports while collaborating with implementation teams for new acquisitions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct data gathering and analysis for provider compensation programs, including market analysis and plan modeling
- Participate in implementation teams for new acquisitions and perform fair market value assessments of provider compensation plans
- Research legal compliance and analyze market surveys related to provider pay, production, and revenue
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related area
- 3 years of experience in compensation design, finance, or physician practice management
- Demonstrated project and change management skills
