Provider Credentialing Specialist

Job Summary

To support a seamless onboarding experience for new healthcare providers, the full-time Provider Credentialing Specialist will manage the end-to-end credentialing and payer enrollment processes, including gathering documentation, entering data, and reviewing applications for accuracy and completeness.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a supportive point of contact for onboarding providers, guiding them through required paperwork and expectations
• Maintain tracking records and communicate status updates to providers and internal teams
• Review credentialing and payer enrollment applications to ensure they are complete and ready for processing

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in healthcare administration, medical staff services, or provider enrollment/credentialing
• 1+ years of provider-facing customer service experience
• Fundamental understanding of CAQH, provider licensure, and enrollment documentation requirements
• Proficiency with Google Workspace preferred
• Verity Credential Stream experience preferred
