Provider Credentialing Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting network operations and compliance monitoring, the full-time Provider Credentialing Specialist will manage clinician enrollment, verify licensure and education, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage clinician enrollment, state licensure applications, and renewals according to state and federal guidelines
• Ensure compliance with business, state, and accrediting body regulatory requirements, including NCQA and URAC
• Prepare education and training materials on Network Activation policies and conduct training to enforce standards

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in Network Activation or credentialing/licensing roles
• Experience in verifying licensure and education, and completing applications
• Intermediate skills in Google Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Sheets
• Ability to manage stakeholder inquiries and provide administrative support
