Provider Data Management Analyst

Job Summary

Managing provider enrollment and data updates, the full-time Provider Data Management Analyst will perform data analysis and entry, ensure claims and directory accuracy, and resolve system issues in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Enroll providers and practitioners into the provider data management system
• Update provider and practitioner information related to claims payment and directories
• Conduct quality service checks on systemic data, including claims processing and provider directory information

Required qualifications:

• Associate's degree or high school diploma/equivalent with 1+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in data entry, analysis, or customer service, preferably in healthcare operations
• Familiarity with provider enrollment, data management, or credentialing in managed care or medical office settings
• Proficiency in data analysis using Excel or similar tools is strongly preferred
• Residents of the Central Time Zone are highly preferred
