Provider Data Management Supervisor

Job Summary

Managing the daily operations of provider data management functions, the full-time remote Provider Data Management Supervisor will oversee data entry and maintenance, investigate complex issues, and lead a team to ensure data quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end provider data entry and maintenance for claims payment and directory display
• Investigate and resolve complex provider data management issues while identifying trends for improvement
• Lead task assignment and monitor team performance to meet data quality benchmarks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of management and provider data management experience, preferably in healthcare operations
• Experience in data analysis and customer service within managed care, insurance, or medical office environments
• Proven ability to lead teams and facilitate meetings with stakeholders
• Strong background in claims processing, billing, or provider relations
