Provider Engagement Program Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager, Provider Engagement to oversee provider engagement programs in the Quality & Risk Adjustment department.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage provider engagement initiatives to improve quality outcomes and risk score accuracy
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide education and resources to providers
- Track and report on the success of provider engagement programs and develop corrective action plans as needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 3-5 years of managed care experience, preferably in a national or multi-location organization
- Experience in a complex healthcare delivery environment, particularly with government-sponsored programs
- Proven ability to innovate and drive organizational change
- Graduate Degree preferred
