Provider Enrollment Lead

Job Summary

To support the daily operations of a provider enrollment team, the full-time remote Provider Enrollment Lead will monitor enrollment activities, assist with enrollment and revalidation processes, train team members, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily provider enrollment operations and service levels to meet established requirements
• Train and mentor provider enrollment staff while providing guidance on processes and procedures
• Review reports and transactions for accuracy, ensuring compliance with policies and service-level standards

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of provider enrollment experience
• Hands-on experience with provider enrollment processes, including maintenance and revalidation
• Experience in reviewing provider enrollment transactions and resolving related issues
• Background in training or mentoring team members, with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with business or provider enrollment systems
