Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Provider Enrollment Department, the full-time remote Provider Enrollment Representative will perform clerical duties, manage application processes, and conduct payer research to ensure timely enrollment of providers.

Key responsibilities

• Tracks and generates applications within 60 days of contract start, ensuring timely follow-up for missing paperwork
• Conducts payer research and prepares necessary applications to be sent to providers for completion
• Acts as the primary point of contact for withdrawals and assists in re-credentialing processes

Required qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in a business setting, preferably in a medical or provider enrollment environment
• Meticulous accuracy in handling documentation and data
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
• Effective oral and written communication skills
