Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Provider Enrollment Specialist will manage payer enrollment issues, resolve denials, and ensure compliance with CMS and other third-party payer applications.

Key responsibilities

• Research and resolve payer enrollment issues through communication with clients and CMS
• Manage the completion and submission of Medicare, Medicaid, and other payer applications
• Track and maintain provider demographics and enrollment statuses across applicable systems

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• At least one year of provider enrollment experience preferred
• Working knowledge of CMS, State Medicaid, and third-party payer application requirements
• Experience with HIPAA privacy and security policies
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and sound judgment
