Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a remote full-time Provider Enrollment Specialist, the successful candidate will be responsible for the timely completion of complex government and commercial payer enrollment applications, maintaining necessary documents for clients and physicians, and effectively communicating credentialing-related claims issues.

Key responsibilities

• Complete complex government and commercial payer enrollment applications in a timely manner
• Update and maintain all necessary documents for assigned clients and physicians
• Communicate credentialing-related claims issues to client service managers, clients, and providers

Required qualifications

• 2 or more years of payer enrollment experience; certification is a plus
• Experience with Pacific Northwest payer enrollment
• CredentialStream software experience highly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
