Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Completing end-to-end provider enrollment applications, the full-time remote Provider Enrollment Specialist will manage communication with physicians and payers, maintain detailed logs of work, and ensure accurate documentation in the enrollment database.

Key responsibilities

• Complete and manage provider enrollment applications and maintain logs of pending and completed work
• Communicate application results and status to physicians, payers, and team members
• Research and resolve claim issues related to physician enrollment and maintain CAQH profiles

Required qualifications

• Experience in medical billing or healthcare provider relations
• Prior enrollment or credentialing experience preferred
• College degree or degree in process preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
