Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

To support efficient provider enrollment processes, the remote Provider Enrollment Specialist will manage enrollment, reassignment, and re-enrollment functions for providers with commercial insurance carriers and government payers while collaborating with credential teams and employed clinicians.

Key responsibilities

• Obtain, verify, and analyze required information for payer enrollment
• Organize and track payer enrollment applications to meet specified timelines
• Maintain accurate provider records in the credentialing platform to ensure data integrity and compliance

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years of applicable experience in managed care, credentialing, or revenue cycle
• Proficiency with payer portals and Microsoft Office Suite
