Provider Enrollment Supervisor

Job Summary

Managing the provider enrollment team, the full-time Provider Enrollment Supervisor will oversee enrollment transactions, ensure compliance with policies, and provide training while working in a remote/hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations and provide feedback to the enrollment team, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
• Maintain and track delegated credentialing agreements and manage contractual notifications to payors
• Assist in tracking performance metrics and implementing quality initiatives to optimize enrollment processes and revenue capture

Required qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of related work experience required, with 0-1 years of supervisory/management experience
• Experience in physician group practice management, provider enrollment relations, or credentialing
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and behavioral health provider enrollment
• Advanced skills in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Access
