Provider Enrollment Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a team of individual contributors, the remote Provider Enrollment Supervisor will manage day-to-day operations, drive team performance through analytics and coaching, and ensure adherence to client service level agreements while supporting career development opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Build, develop, and lead a team, ensuring effective execution of daily operations
• Utilize performance metrics to coach team members and drive engagement while maintaining client satisfaction
• Participate in client-related activities and serve as a point of escalation for team members

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare or related fields, with 2+ years leading a provider enrollment team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contact center management software (e.g., CXone, Verint, Avaya)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to enhance team performance
• Experience in making decisions and solving challenges in a fast-paced environment
• Effective written and oral communication skills for collaboration with team members and clients
