Provider Enrollment Team Lead

Job Summary

Assisting the provider enrollment manager, the full-time Team Lead, Provider Enrollment will oversee and train offshore team members to ensure timely and accurate credentialing of healthcare providers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in resolving issues related to the provider education process and ensure timely completion of enrollment applications
• Monitor provider enrollment work queues and provide feedback on productivity and quality assurance for offshore team members
• Organize and conduct training sessions for the provider enrollment team, documenting processes for future reference

Required qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required
• 4 years of provider enrollment experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of CAQH
• Billing knowledge and experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
