Provider Lifecycle Director
Job Summary
To enhance provider operations within a fully remote setting, the full-time Provider Lifecycle Director will define and execute strategies for operational performance improvement, compliance strengthening, and cost reduction while leading cross-functional transformation initiatives across various provider functions.
Key responsibilities
- Define and manage a multi-year strategy to enhance provider operations and establish a portfolio of transformation initiatives
- Design and implement scalable operating models, workflows, and governance structures across provider operations
- Lead process redesign initiatives and partner with technology teams to implement automation and digital solutions
Required qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare operations or business transformation
- Proven track record of leading large-scale cross-functional transformation initiatives for at least 5 years
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in developing business cases, transformation roadmaps, and performance frameworks
- Knowledge of healthcare delivery models and provider performance management
