Provider Network Configuration Specialist

Job Summary

To support provider management activities, the full-time Provider Network Configuration Specialist will maintain provider data, manage configuration tasks, and ensure timely completion of production tickets while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Research and respond to inquiries from providers and business partners regarding service requests
• Add and update provider information, benefits limits, and fee schedules in the managing system
• Generate and deliver reports accurately and within specified timeframes

Required qualifications

• Two years of experience in health insurance information and data management systems
• Strong understanding of health plan terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
