Provider Network Relations Specialist

Job Summary

Recruiting medical facilities into a global provider network, the full-time Provider Network Relations Specialist will manage extensive phone outreach, negotiate pricing, and build professional relationships with healthcare providers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Professionally interact with and recruit medical facilities to support occupational health services
• Develop and maintain a self-generated list of recruitment opportunities through research and networking
• Negotiate pricing and manage Provider Service Agreement paperwork while resolving complex provider issues

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma with 5-6 years of experience, including 2-3 years in medical facility recruitment
• Demonstrated comfort with negotiation processes
• Proficiency in MS Office and common office equipment
• Ability to participate in interdepartmental project groups and communicate effectively
• Experience with compliance in OSHA, ISO, and other mandated regulations preferred
