Provider Network Specialist

Job Summary

Working under direct supervision, the Provider Network Configuration Specialist will maintain provider configurations, manage production tickets, and support provider management activities in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Research and resolve provider inquiries and service requests while documenting responses accurately
• Add and update benefit limits, groups, plans, and provider information in the management system
• Generate and deliver reports in a timely manner, ensuring all configurations follow established processes

Required qualifications

• Two years of experience in health insurance information and data management systems
• Strong understanding of health plan terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
• Demonstrated ability to identify problems and provide creative solutions
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
