Provider Network Strategy Lead

Job Summary

To build and lead a scalable clinician supply network, the full-time remote Head of Provider Network Strategy will manage the end-to-end provider lifecycle, including acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing engagement, while collaborating across various departments to ensure high-quality care delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define the vision and strategy for the provider lifecycle, focusing on metrics and operating cadence
• Design compensation models and incentive structures to balance network scaling with gross margins
• Partner with Recruiting to develop tools and systems for attracting and converting clinicians at scale

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of operational leadership experience in marketplace, provider network, or digital health operations
• Proven track record in scaling 1099 clinician networks with an understanding of operational and regulatory considerations
• Strong analytical skills with experience in managing critical funnel metrics
• Ability to develop high-performing teams and create a culture of accountability
• Experience with automation and systems thinking to enhance operational efficiency
