Provider Operations Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth organization, the remote Provider Operations Associate will assist healthcare providers with onboarding, manage provider schedules, and ensure high-quality patient care through effective communication and collaboration with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for healthcare providers, addressing questions and resolving platform-related issues
• Provide training and ongoing support to providers on the platform's functionalities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of provider inquiries and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in provider relations or support roles within a healthcare or telehealth setting
• Proficiency in G-Suite and knowledge of telehealth
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
• Ability to interpret data for capacity planning
• Experience working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
